Great experience at Diplomat Motors. Found the car we were looking for, browsed a couple more. NO pressure at all. Anders was available for any questions we had but did not follow us around like at other lots. When we left to look at other cars he just said good luck, didn’t try to keep us there or pressure us at all. Went back to test drive and purchase vehicle and everything went smooth. Cars are fully detailed and look great. Had my financing already set up, but they ran numbers for a couple different loan term. Left with a great car!

Purchased a car from Diplomat Motors SE Portland location. Big thanks to sales person Anders for the best, fun automotive buying experience. He was nice, humorous, professional, accommodating, patient, communicative, a flawless painless transaction. The first time I had fun buying a car. No greasy personalities here. I was given time and space to think clearly. No pressure, answered all my questions. Their indoor lineup included well assorted sport touring selections, super clean cars sought after models. Was totally surprised to find the cleanest well maintained BMW example nearly flawless compared to others I’d seek. This is a buyers paradise, other dealerships should follow their lead and come out more profitable in the long run while having more than two stars. The price was completely reasonable and fair also, rare! They’re there to get people into great cars out the door with a pleasant experience, not buyers remorse. Definitely will refer others, definitely will be back next purchase.

Bought a car from Josh here about a month ago and everything has been great. Loved the low pressure sales approach, they let me take my time and really checkout the car and decide. Definitely do your research and take your time looking over the car, it’s still a used car dealership. They provide all the history on the car but aren’t going to walk around showing your every scratch or dent.

Jay did a great job. He gave me a great deal and was very patient throughout the process. I was in and out within 3 hours. They printed out and handed the car fax at the door and gave me plenty of opportunity to inspect the vehicle and use my code reader.
